<p>Bjelanjke, jaje, parmezan i psilijum ljuskice pomiješate, izblendate ili ih jednostavno pjenjačom dobro promiješate u zdjeli. </p>

<p>U tavicu koju ste prethodno premazali s malo ulja izlijete smjesu te pustite da se malo zapeče s jedne strane. Okrenete tijesto na drugu stranu te ga premažite pelatima ili ketchup-om ovisno o tome što više volite (U ketchup-u svakako ima više ugljikohidrata nego u pelatima). Složite šunku, sir i pospite origanom po želji. Poklopite te pustite da se sir rastopi. I to je to!  </p>

									<p>Nutritivno gledano, leća je izuzetno bogata proteinima, vlaknima, vitaminima i mineralima.</p>
<p><br></p><p>Odlična je zamjena za crveno meso. Kada se pomiješa, primjerice, s rižom ili mahunarkama sadrži sve hranjive tvari potrebne organizmu. Leća ne sadrži kolesterol, ima jako malo masti, a puno topljivih i netopljivih vlakana koji pomažu u reguliranju šećera u krvi, snižavanju kolesterola, a također potiču probavu.</p><p><br></p>
<p>Njena prednost u odnosu na duge mahunarke je ta da se može pripremati isti dan kada se jelo i poslužuje. Nije potrebno močiti je dan ranije, dovoljno je koji sat i time smanjujete vrijeme kuhanja, ali i lakšu probavljivost. Kako bi leća bila još lakše probavljiva, nemojte je staviti u hladnu, već u kipuću vodu. Doduše kod nekih se recepata preporučuje staviti u vodu dan ranije no to je čisto zbog teksture koja je potrebna u nekim jelima.</p>

									<p>Naliti oko 100ml vode preko leće i ostaviti da bubri oko 60min, zatim ocijediti vodu i dodati još 100ml vode. Ostaviti još 30-40min. Zatim leću zajedno s tom vodom staviti u blender, posoliti i dobro usitniti. Razliti u pleh obložen peki papirom (možete ga i premazati maslinovim uljem da se nebi zalijepio) i staviti u zagrijanu pećnicu na 200°C. Peći 10-15min, zatim izvaditi iz pećnice, staviti ostale sastojke na tjesto te vratiti u pećnicu još 10-tak minuta da se dopeče.</p>								</div>

									<p>Na tavi zagrijte kokosovo ulje pa prodinstajte luk oko 10 minuta dok ne poprimi smeđu boju. Ubacite kumin, češnjak i miješajte 2 minute. Ubacite vodu, đumbir, kurkumu, nasjeckanu ljutu papričicu pa podlijte povrtnih temeljcem. Dodajte i leću, rajčicu i sve kuhajte oko 15 minuta dok tekućina ne ispari, a leća ne razmekša. Ugasite vatru pa posolite i na kraju dodajte chia sjemenke.</p>								</div>
